An interactive online team alignment/individual workshop focussed on:

Sense Check for Organisations
Tailored facilitation – giving organisations an unbiased, objective observer view of the immediate and emergent conditions that must be considered based on YOUR individual circumstances and conditions, pertinent to YOUR industry. A Sense Check provides the opportunity to reveal a shared context for decision-making and to authoritatively align on and address both opportunities to pursue and risks to mitigate, that may not have previously been identified.
We do this by:

Sense Checking that view against our own, objective analysis of conditions.

Strategy Stress Test + Decision Maker Debrief
Stress tests are conducted through a combination of desktop research, interviews, objective analysis and a debrief (presentation and discussion of findings). This deep dive ensures your deployed conditions watch capabilities are working effectively and that your strategic focus and action makes sense in the context of those conditions. We normally work with people responsible for strategy, risk and innovation but this work can apply wherever it is needed in an organisation. We also work with existing SiA practitioner organisations to stress test the application of the SiA framework and the quality of the outputs.
Deep-Diving into your organisations conditions and developing an objective understanding of the conditions, patterns, and strategic opportunity and risks (SORs) critical to you and (if required) your value network(s).
