What You’ll Learn

  • In the first module of SiA FOUNDATIONS, we'll set the context for the course, exploring how change has changed, the nature of disruption and begin exploring the course case study together.

  • In module two, we'll introduce the basic concepts, framework and principles of Strategy in Action (SiA) as a precursor to exploring how the framework supports you and your organisation to generate sustiainable value.

  • Continuing on from learnings from our last module, we'll build on our high-level walkthrough of the 5 elements of the framework and our initial look at Sustainable Value Generation, by exploring Conditions (including Disruptive Conditions Change) and Strategic Opportunity-Risk.

  • In the final module of this course, we'll explore Capability, Catalytic Action and becoming SiA ACTIVE, looking at the steps you can take immediately to activate Strategy in Action within your own context.

  • The entirety of the SiA FOUNDATIONS course takes place online. Course materials are supplied through our SiA Practice Community, where you will access everything from your modular materials, to course forums, and meeting access links.

    The live peer sessions are facilitated over Zoom.
