Strategy in Action (SiA): FOUNDATIONS is a 4-week strategic thinking short course, designed for rapid understanding of the key foundational concepts of Strategy in Action (SiA) by individuals or team members needing to understand or be involved in strategic decision-making.
Strategy in Action:
QUICKSTART
Strategy in Action (SiA) QUICKSTART is an 8-week facilitated leadership training course, focussed on the practice and application of Strategy in Action. Through tools, activities, live tutorials and online learning materials, participants will become confident in practically applying Strategy in Action to their circumstances.
Conditions Watch BASICS:
Designed to inform and prepare existing and emerging leaders for an increasingly disruptive future, Leading in Disruptive Change is a 4-week leadership course that equips leaders with the mindset necessary for the complex change of 2022.
Our open course offerings are also available to be facilitated in an internal organisational context.

Our courses are available for people of all skill levels and roles within organizations and are based around Strategy in Action (SiA). As a framework and set of tools, SiA is used to generate agile strategy. It is perfectly suited to planning in any context and ideal for addressing disruptive change such as that which is being experienced over the past three years of pandemic and its associated consequences.
SiA can be applied at any scale – project, team, department, organization, or industry. Powerfully harnessed at multiple levels of the organization, it creates strategic synergy for all people by providing a common framework and language for thinking, communicating, formulating and executing agile strategy.
